Our R&D Projects Management offer :

• Each R&D Project at M2S has a Project Leader assigned to it. The Project leader is responsible to ensure the deliverables will meet the client expectations. He is the principal contact between the client and M2S R&D team.

• The project management includes controlling the budget and the timetable:

  • We have very efficient tools to evaluate and follow a project budget. Each month, every project is validated against its budget and timetable.

  • The timetable of a project is managed into a project calendar ("Gant Chart").

    • The entire different project details the stages and validation gates between the stages are defined.

    • Divided in Generic Phases, each Phase is ventilated in detailed stages for the research, conception, tests and validation.

  • We also have tools to follow the deliverables and responsabilities between M2S and the client, ensuring everyone is aware of each other expectations. The communication mangement between all is crucial to every project success.

• Sometimes in a project, a third party designer is involved (like an industrial designer for a housing), M2S can manage this supplier within its project management. M2S is then considered an integrator.

Global Manufacturing Management offer:
M2S goes further than just doing the assembly of a circuit board or commonly called "board stuffing".

• We manage with all the suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, the procurement of all the components needed for the assembly.

• We integrate the assembled circuit board (PCBA) into sub-systems or even finish product, so we work with suppliers in the plastic and metal industry.
